and Conditions:
1)
Prices
quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week.
2) Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days - £75
deposit pw secures booking.
3) Check in time is 4PM, check out time 10.00 AM
(but may be negotiated off-peak).
4) Sorry - no pets allowed and no
smoking.
We
do ask for a refundable breakage deposit of £150.
No
liability :
The
apartment is well secured. However, we do not accept any liability for personal
accidents or for loss of goods and clients use the apartment at
their own risk.
Cancellation:
Deposit
is not refundable (but can be transferred), balance is 100% refundable
up to 5 weeks prior, 50% refundable up to two weeks prior. |
