Within a short walk of the apartment, the beaches are plentiful and vary from vast expanses of sand to small pebble coves. Many of the safe white sandy beaches are proud to display the prestigious Blue Flag which is awarded by the EU for cleanliness and safety. The beaches close enough to walk to along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Punta Prima.

Playas Flemenca and La Zenia are the closest to the Apartment, only a 10 and 20 minutes walk. New for 2007 are promenades linking formal walkways taking in six beaches from Playa Flamenca down to Cabo Roig, each with beach bars during the summer.

Regardless of your choice of beach you will not be disappointed.

Sailing and scuba diving are without doubt two great sports on the Costa Blanca. You can take a boat ride to the island of Tabarca where scuba diving is a pleasure, or sail along the coast. Fishing trips and boat rides are available from the port of Torrevieja.

During the day you can enjoy the sea and sun along the magnificent beaches, while at night time you can enjoy a meal in one of the many excellent restaurants.
