and Conditions:
1)
Prices
quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week.
2) Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days - £75
deposit pw secures booking.
3) Check in 4.00PM, check out 10.30 AM (but can
be negotiated).
4) Sorry - no pets allowed and no
smoking.
We
do not charge a breakage deposit but guests are responsible for
any breakages and should advise our management company on site if
necessary.
Please
note that the complex is in an elevated position approached from
the front on foot mainly by ramps and steps through gardens, there
is road access to the rear, however there is no lift and on reaching
the entrance there are approximately two and half flights of stairs
to the apartment entrance. This would not be suitable for the very
elderly or infirm.
No
liability :
We
do not accept any liability for personal accidents or for loss of
goods and clients use the apartment at their own risk.
Cancellation:
Deposit
is not refundable (but can be transferred), balance is 100% refundable
up to 5 weeks prior, 50% refundable up to two weeks prior. |
