What's Included:

1) Electricity, water
2) There is an additional local cleaning and linen charge of 55 Euros payable on arrival
3) Keys collected from local managing agent (20 Euros if not using their airport pick up)
4) Free use of swimming pools, exclusive to guests of the complex

Additional Sevices:

 1) Collection/transfer by our agent - return from Alicante (45 Euros, 45 mins), and Murcia (35 Euros, 20 mins)
2) Welcome packs of essential food etc (25 Euros)
3) Negotiable rates for longer term lets (up to 6 months max).

Terms and Conditions:

1) Prices quoted are for the rental of the apartment per week.
2) Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days - £75 deposit pw secures booking.
3) Check in time is 4PM, check out time 10.00 AM (but may be negotiated off-peak).
4) Sorry - no pets allowed and no smoking.

We do not ask for a breakage deposit but guests are responsible for any breakages and should advise our management company on site if necessary.

No liability :

The apartment is well secured and there is an alarm which clients are encouraged to use. However, we do not accept any liability for personal accidents or for loss of goods and clients use the apartment at their own risk.

Cancellation:

Deposit is not refundable (but can be transferred), balance is 100% refundable up to 5 weeks prior, 50% refundable up to two weeks prior.
